    Need Info On Idle screw

    My 1989 90 evinrude runs very good when engauged<br />into gear,but dies when I put it in neutral or drop the speed down to low.I am not sure which screw is the idle screw.Any help would be great.

    Power Trim Question

    Ever since I bought my boat a couple of years ago<br /> the power trim has not worked.If I press the switch on the side of the motor,I can hear a click inside the cover.Is there a simple way to check it to see what might be wrong?It is on a 1989 evinrude 90.<br /> Thanks for any help.

    Alarm sounds

    I am new to the forum and could use some info.<br />I have a 1989 90 Evinrude #90tlcem.If I run it close to full throttle the alarm goes off.Someone <br />told me it might be the impellor may be worn out<br />not allowing enough water to cool the engine.Is this a hard job?
