Hi, I have a 1963 Evinrude Speeditwin 28 hp. Got it serviced for $300 . Took it out on the water on Friday. Tried starting it up and it took to many times and then fuel was pouring out of the carb and the motor was bouncing all over the place. Anyone have any suggestions? Is this motor worth...
