    OMC Trim motor oil leak?

    I have an 1978 OMC 120 I/O with a stringer 400. I have an oil leak. I have posted pics.. What oil is to be used to refill and I'm guessing this is a seal problem? If I make sure to keep oil level up, is it safe to run this until I can repair it? ( I was to be fishing next week on holidays)

    OMC outdrive --Major problem?

    so I bought a boat with a OMC 120 ...year? not sure...easiest way to date it? So, the gears (worm ball gear..?) the main drive from the motor...it's stripped as is the one on the outdrive....the balls are completely worn...This is the linkage that connects engine to outdrive. What is approx...
