    hi, I just did a cold compression test on my 4.3 mercruiser. I couldn’t warm the engine up because my manifolds are currently off. The motor is a 2010 with 560 hours on it. here are my numbers 1 = 145 3 = 150 5 = 178 2 = 183 4 = 175 6 = 180 seems to idle fine

    I just purchased new exhaust manifolds and risers for my 2010 Bayliner 192 with a 4.3L Mercruiser. The manifolds are painted where the exhaust gasket goes and some of the paint has chipped off. Do I need to chip off the rest of the paint?

    Hi, I have a 2002 Bayliner 1952 Capri with a 3.0L Mercruiser WITHOUT TKS. I find that it can be a pain to start sometimes. Does anyone have experience with a 3.0L with TKS? Is it much better than not having it? Can it be retrofitted onto my 3.0L?
