    hi everyone changing out my prop seals but i cant get that center thing out.ive removed the prop nut,washer,the four bolts in side the bearing housing, put the puller on it applied some serious pressure,wont budge.my question is ....can you apply light heat?im just afraid of damaging...

    have a 1969 115 jonny that "vomited" the lower unit oil out of the prop.i lowered the motor and it all poured out!someone told me its probaly just the prop seals.does that sound right?i have a great manuel but wasnt sure if i should just replace the prop seals or i should do them all?any input...

    have a 1969 115 jonny with elec shift changed out the lower unit oil and it was a yellowish tan color unit works great but the fluid has me a little concern .did the same thing last year and it was the same color.havent had a problem in three seasons but i know the type c oil has changed color...

    starting my 1969 115 jonny

    question?,when i start my 1969 115 jonny cold i use my man choke (pulled out all the way,i dont use the electric choke)i crank it once it fires briefly then i shut the choke off crank it a couple three times and it fires up.is this the correct way?should it run with the choke on?it always starts...
