    I'm not sure what your comment is in reference to? I wear an engine cutoff lanyard every time I operate. And have never said otherwise.

    I hope this isn't a dumb response but the previous owner bypassed the oil "pump"? I mix the oil in the gas when I fill up. Maybe that's the discoloration?

    That is not a recent picture by the way. It was taken when I winterized it a few months ago. I say that because the fuel filter isn't that full now.

    My buddy said he should have thought about checking for sparks. It was getting late and he's an older fella but we're gonna try in a couple hours.     And the motor is turning it's just not firing. There has to be a blockage somewhere in my opinion. You think it could be the fuel shut off? I took the top off and the gasket looked fine to me.
