    90hp merc wont go in gear. any ideas?

    Ok so my 90hp merc wont go in gear. it will go in reverse, but not forward. I had someone push the lever while I was watching the linkage on the motor and it goes just fine in reverse, but when it pushed forward the carb linkage works fine, but the gear linkage doesnt move at all.!!!! any...

    operating rpm for 2 stroke 90hp merc?

    I am new to outboards and Have some questions. Is there a recommended cruise rpm for a 2003 90hp 2 stroke merc? I know full throttle rpm is 5500 rpm or so. I was just curious if there is a rule of thumb when cruising long distances? Drew
