okso heres the dirt i have a flat cam lobe on cylinder #1 intake.....what i need to know is if my engine is really a 1989 or could it be an earlier year and are the internal workings the same as the ford ranger of the respective year. meaning cams pistons rocker arms ect.. cuz the 89 ranger...
