My TT unit will not lift the engine. The unit pulls down but doesn't push up. I've been trying to figure ont the circuitry and can't seem to track the problem. I thought it wasa relay but the turned up nothing. Could the pump be low on fluid? Is there a way to lift the engine with out the TT...
