    The hot horn on my 70 hp Evinrude intermittently sounds when the engine is not hot. It's pumping plenty of water through the hole at the back of the engine housing.<br />Mike S

    When pushing in the key to choke the engine, gas squirts out around the red manual primer pump on the right side of the engine. I replaced the o-ring, but the red pump shaft may be cracked.
