    1969 Johnson 55HP Electric Shift--lower unit gear lube

    I have a 1969 Johnson 55 HP electric shift engine in good shape. It calls for Type C lube in the lower unit. I have been told to use Bombardier "Premium Blend" lower gear lube. Is LubriMate "Type C" lower gear lube a good subsitute for "Premium Blend" in this engine!

    Lyman 1961 steering wheel

    What is the composition of a Lyman outboard steering wheel, 1961 model. It is white with a rope design and a Lyman logo in the center hub. Would like to know if it is acrylic, Lucite, urethane plastic, Bakelite, or whatever! Thanks, Carl

    Type C for Lower gear unit

    I have been told that I can subsitute Automatic Transmission Fluid for Type C oil in my 1969 Johnson 55 HP engine with electronic shifting. Is this correct? Thanks, Carl
