    I am repowering a 23 foot Grady for a customer 5.7 Carb. tank had to go,pulled out the old hundred gallon and am thinking of a thirty, boat is on long island to be used mostly in the bay inlet is three miles away and fishing grounds for this skipper is four miles when this boat was sold new...

    rebuild 260 hp or increase to 300 hp

    :confused: I picked up a 32' uniflight sport fish ( my girlfriend made me do it....really ) one engine is blown the other runs great but looks terrible. should I rebuild to original specs of 1978 or should I increase hp to about 300 hp????? would have to increase compression a bit probly around...
