    what pwc is better for beginner

    I am looking to buy a pwc for my son. I want to keep the cost down, so I am looking at older models(mid 90's). I know with age and how someone kept up the pwc makes a big difference. But if anyone can lead me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
