    Registering a Zodiac f470

    I recently purchased a Zodiac F470? Military boat. I am not able to find a HIN to get it registered. Assuming that it doesn't have one, does anyone know the process in Ky to apply for an HIN and what forms would I need? I've talked to my local county clerk and they are no help. Thanks in advance.
