Attempting to change oil (20 hour new engine) using Mercury manual oil pump threaded onto dipstick as depicted in engine owner's manual. Oil filler cap removed to vent system. Pumping, but no oil being extracted. Anyone know why? Second question - since my engine is only about six months...
