    Surely that’s the wrong t stat ? Not likely your issue, but almost sure that a raw cooled like that, should likely be a 160 t stat. Unless I’m getting mixed up.

Even if he doesn’t have the DTS, if I’m anything like close on this…I think there is still a chance his set up could have a rpm limiter...
