When I start my 96 120 hp force I push the throttle all the way forward. engine starts fine, but smokes. when I pull the throttle back to neutral, it dies before I can push it forward to put in gear. Occasionally, when I REV the rpms, it clunks into gear and goes dead. Do I adjust the idle...
