Got an 07 mercury 50 hp 2 stroke 3 cylinder outboard motor on bass tracker. Been problematic since i bought it brand new. Engine wont start up when cold without opening the throttle by pushing down the lever half way from the drivers seat. I just replaced the filter , primer bulb, new fuel hose...
