    '94 75HP Yamaha 2-Stroke Outboard

Use the primer ball to fill the carburetors back up. The motor should now start. And run. Presumption being the carburetors are no longer leaking gasoline. If the motor runs and then dies from lack of gasoline then the fuel pump may not be doing its job. Or perhaps there is a flow restriction...

    '94 75HP Yamaha 2-Stroke Outboard

In your first post you said it won't crank. Now you are saying that it will crank. (I think). When you turn the key to the start position what actually is happening? 1. Nothing, 2. the motor cranks but won't start, 3. the motor cranks and starts but won't run or 4 ???

There is no 1994 75 Yamaha. Do you have a C75TLRS perhaps? I know adding those extra letters are a killer but they are needed.

Fuel out of the carburetors is indicative of a float valve not sealing. If you jumper battery power to the starter motor relay will the motor crank?

Yamaha 50hp Carb Orings too small on Silencer facing side

I looked at all of the carburetted F50's and the same gasket is shown for all of them. Don't think it is a part number error.

The only thing that needs to be tested with respect to the prime start device is that it moves outward when heated by the application of 12 volts to the two leads.

Initial Jetting on Yamaha 50hp 4 stroke outboards

Just for the sake of discussions, and at the risk of me making an ass of myself, I will assume that you have a 2003 F50TLRB. The F50TLRB uses four different part number carburetors. Each using a different sized main jet. Each using a different float bowl. Hope you kept tabs on the latter as...

Folks guard the identity of their motors more closely than does the national security agency with respect to top secret documents.

The motor came with an aluminum-9 7/8” x 10 1/2” propeller installed. Without knowing anything more about your use of the motor I cannot hazard a guess as to what propeller should be used.

That is Yamaha USA history that I think you are seeing. The 20SG was sold in other markets before it was offered in the USA.

    Stator problem

You don't have to have a DVA or peak voltage adapter. Quite easy to convert what you see on your AC multimeter setting (RMS voltage) to peak voltage. Multiply what you see on on the AC multimeter setting by 1.414. Or you can simply use an online calculator...
