1984 Angler sterndrive with 5.0 GM and OMC outdrive. New to forum. Bought last year, ran fine for 30 minutes, then stalling rough idle etc. Thought was bad fuel or low on fuel. Died, wouldn't start. Tried to restart off the water with water hook up. Burned up the starter. New marine starter...
