Ok here is the problem. I go out and run I can run full throttle but as soon as I get it down to idle or wakeless speed im screwed. I can not sustain full throttle any more. I rebuilt the fuel pump. I did that becuase it would get up on plane and die. Now it drops 1000 rpm and then drags back...
