Boat just shut off pulling someone on tube. Now I turn key and absolutely nothing, no sound or click. Horn works. Are there fuses I need to check? Location? 5.0 mercruiser. Cut off is a toggle switch Prior to this boat seemed a little slow getting up to speed. Any help would be appreciated
