Last year would lose power briefly with a sputter when decelerating. After a lot of repairs and maintenance this spring the problem has gotten worse. The power is restricted at 1/4 throttle. After that sputters and sounds like missing spark. 8mph tops. Last year top speed was 25 to 30.
