I have a 1988 invader that has a 4.3 Merc ruiser engine and his carbureted it runs smooth can you put in neutral and it revs out 4500 no problem but when you go in the water try to take off in the water you can't get out of the hole and plane! I have wide open and it is still running smooth but...
