    Thats the compression reading. And yes there new plugs in it and the plugs are what the handbook says for the engine. And I have pre mixed the fuel at 50to1 as the hand book says. And yes im from the UK im in the northeast near Newcastle.

    It makes the noise only when ticking over as when I took it out on the sea and put it on full throttle couldn't here it and it was nice and quiet But never put it in gear when it was in the drum at the boat yard but I will do when I go back down tomorrow and ill check see if the noise is still...
