Certainly a good idea Mike, but a guy still has to find the true center of the transom, there to do as you said from there is probably easier than measuring from center and using a punch.
3 screws hold back (black) 2 screws hold seat base and seat falls into place for easy removal, it got abit heavier than I had initially planned, but I’ll have to see when it hits h20
Getting closer to wrapping up ( if ya don’t need power) the story on the back bench is basically planning as I go. I think it worked out and will try show it in picks.

is 90 sufficent or should I be thinking 115 or so?

Some more progress, I am now working on spar varnish and carpet for a front pedestal up in bow, and back seat area ( still working on a plan as I go for seat
