    5 questions. first, can you tell me what year my outboard is. serial #14998709C5. it's a merc 115. #2 i read another post about having power probs. that sounds just like mine. when i pump the nut, and increase gas flow, i pick up again. the fuel pump looks like it's just 2 screws and 4 cable...
