I have a Regal 2100SLR with a Volvo Penta 5.0GL. After I turn of engine to swim/goofoff or just dock for a while ( 20-45 minutes or more), the engine will have turn turn over for several seconds before cranking. Has been doing this for a couple of years but I have been just tolerating the issue...
