    When I stater the engine for the first time it was in the bucket filled with water all the way up to the fin. Looks like a new impeller job. Some one said only a 30min job. Any idea on parts cost and were best to buy? Thanks

    Guys thankyou so much for the replies. Would you beable to pin point the water intake location for me. As I'm not to technical. I thought the water intake was the plate with the 3 little holes. Much appreciated Thanks Tim

    Please help I have just bought a short shift evinrude 1984 25hp 2stroke outboard engine. Its not been run for well over a year. I got it running with fresh fuel. Put it into a big water barrel and its not pumping water and the engine got very hot. When I took it out the water barrel there...
