Alright well i've always loved boating but never had my own boat.<br />Now i'm looking at anywhere from a 30-35' cruiser.<br /><br />and what's been racking my brain is the question of boater's insurance..<br />-Is it even required by law? (i'm in florida)<br />-whats a usual payment look like...
