I have a 1992 Evinrude 9.9. Motor was running fine in the morning, then on the way into the ramp it would only run slow. I replaced the fuel, cleaned the carb and replaced the fuel pump. Motor starts fine, runs at slow speed fine, no sputtering or shutting down, just running slow and not getting...
