Have a 90 hp on a 16' ( actually 15' ) boat. At present it has a 14/20 prop. I find it revs pretty much wide open to reach about 40 mph. It has more than ample oomph to get out of the hole. Was wondering if I could change pitch to 22 for cruising at lower rpm without compromising take off...
