Recently acquired a Hurricane with a 1998 4.3 Mercruiser that isn't running. Was informed there was water in the oil and that the boat was running when it suddenly quit on the lake so there doesn't seem to be a winterizing issue. Just looking for a starting point to see what type of damage...
