I have a 1982 cruisers inc holiday 25 with a Volvo penta 260. When I start the boat the propeller automatically starts spinning. When I put it into gear forward, the prop doesn't spin it only revs up. When I put it in reverse the prop spins. Then when I go back to forward the prop stops spinning...
