My 96 70hp Johnson will not stay running when i put it into gear when underload. If I'm running it on the water hose ear muffs it sounds better than it has in 6 years. I'm pretty well out of my element as to how to figure out what is causing it.
I have new gas line, new gas tank , new spark...
