I have a 1996 volvo cobra SX 5.0L Fuel injected engine that is having some issues. when I get the boat on plane, I adjust the out drive to get the proper plane, when I do this the alternator belt starts to smoke. the belt is new and tight. The battery gauge reads 14.7 volts. I double checked it...
