Good morning, I have a 1999 Volvo 3.0GSMWTR 135 Hp that lost all power to the dash when I was starting it. The trim is the only thing getting power. I pressed the reset fuse button next to the key ignition but nothing. I really need the bilge pump to work today due to heavy rain. Thanks, Dave
