Just replace starter and solenoid plus new batteries. Fuel was just top off. Question is at 3000 rpm losing power , drops rpm and then comes back up. There is no whining noise from fuel pump at all. Could it be pressure regulator before injectors? Bad fuel, fill up using non-ehtanol. Going to...
