Still having trouble with the old girl. Boat seems to work fine running in neutral but has trouble getting up on plane with more than two people in it. The revs have a hard time getting past 3000rpm what should it run at? By myself in the boat I can hit 42 miles an hour and rev aboat 3700rpm any...
Just purchased 16.5 foot Grew ski boat with 140 mercruiser. The boat starts fine and runs in neutral great but once engaged in gear the boat will not rev past 2000 rpm. The boat has new plugs, fuel pump and fuel lines.Any help would be great.
