How would I convert a fresh water houseboat to a salt water houseboat? What would I need to put on the railing and outside of the houseboat to keep it from corroding and getting ruined? Is there a way to convert a houseboat to be used in both fresh water and salt water?
This is my first boat that I have ever thought about buying. Does it matter that I want to buy a houseboat that came from a fresh water lake and put in salt water? Do I have to make a change to the boat so that it can be in salt water? Can it go into both fresh and salt water?
