Plug is wet and seems to be loosing spark or weak spark from being wet. Checked spark with spark tester and getting to plug. All cylinders are getting 160#. Has new wires and dist cap. Motor does seem low power in the water planning out but then gets up to speed and runs smooth. Has slight skip...
