    Main Bellows Positioning

    I cant find any literature on how to position the main bellows. The boot I purchased has 2 flat ends on one side. Not sure if these go on the transom or the bell housing, up or down... Here's a pic:

    Shift Cable Question, Alpha 1 Gen 1

    So I'm working replacing my bellows, gimbal, etc... I tried to remove the nut on the end of the shift cable and broke the cable trying to remove the slide How in earth are you supposed to get the slide off? This seems to be the most difficult part of the process to me
