Rebuilt the motor installed ran one good time evidently the timing wasnt set properly and detonation got 3 cylinders. Rebuilt again was running rich. Never put it in water. Timing set at 8 Btdc, took to shop to run diagnostics. All sensors reading as required ( changed them all anyway) new cap...
