I have a Volvo 250 with a 270 outdrive. The outdrive was rebuilt in 2009. Lately the steering has becobe very stiff. I eliminated the steering cable by disconnecting it at the outdrive and the wheel turns freely. The boat is in the water and I want to know if there is a steering greese fitting...
