I have a 1993 Volvo 4.3 GL sn 4100141491. Runs well at low rpm. Hit the throttle and runs well until the boat comes up on step and rpm at 3100+. Engine suddenly completely dies. If I pull back on the throttle quick enough the engine will continue to idle. I have changed both my inline filters...
