I found a 99 bass boat with a 99 merc 150 EFI, it wont run because the fuel pump is bad due to the gas being in the tank since 1999. After they put a new electric pump in what else should i do other than drain old fuel and oil from tanks. Any effects on fuel injection like if she was a carbed...
