Ive got an 1990 135 Merc that bogs down coming out of the hole. Runs like a champ when it plains off but it just struggles to get going. If i run it for awhile, stop, and then start up again it acts like it doesnt want to run. Once it does turn over it will sometimes die when you put it in gear...
