I am having a problem with my Mercury 800 80hp motor, it is a 78 model. The steering bar through the tilt hinge appears to be seized, it is taking grease, and moves sligtly with gentle persuasion of a hammer. Is there anyway to remove this bar from the hinge? Has anyone else had similar problems...
