I have twin Mercury 90hp's on a 6 metre Humber RIB. Serial No's 09782115 and 09782117.<br /><br />I was wondering how old they are - I think 1994.<br /><br />Secondly, one of them is very bad to start(any tips) and when I last got it going, the power seemed to surge. What might cause this?
