I have a 1989 Mariner that was rebuilt 2 months ago. Went fishing yesterday was running great. Stopped at fishing hole and when started up would not come up to high speed also slight miss at low speed. Got to dock and checked when out of gear revs up ok. Any ideas would be welcomed.<br />...
